1. About this document

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Alizo AI platform ("Alizo", "we") by the customer ("you", "your company"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account and access

Access is granted immediately after signup, with a 7-day guarantee. Billing for your plan follows the terms shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for content sent to your AI employees and for how you use connected integrations (WhatsApp, email, social media, ad platforms). Using the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or infringement of third-party rights is not allowed.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, as described in the 7-day guarantee and your plan's commercial terms.
